Rx++ comments

Hi

thank you for Rx++, that's a good start.

just some comments:

1) What about project refactoring. e.g. extracting Windows-dependent code in a separate header, so that non-Windows developers could contribute to the project.

2) Why the parameters of Range differs from the ones in .NET or JS implementation? (start, end, step) vs. (start, count). Are there any reason for that?

3) LimitWindow -- it might be better to remove dependency on windows header, don't think there any reason for that.

anyone working on Rx++? Can I contribute to the project? it looks lots of things are missing there...

  You always can fork and commit your changes. Also look to Contributing.

All contributions are welcome, please read the instruction on the home page on how you can contribute.

For #1, #3 please open a new issue so we have a way to track those as work items.
