Hi Rx Team,

Do the plans for the future of Rx include defining the Either<L, R>, Maybe<T> and Scalar<T> types that we've defined in Rxx?  How about related operators?  If so, I'd be happy to move these types from the Rxx source to Rx in a new fork.

On a related topic, if I'd like to ask about the fitness of other Rxx extensions for inclusion in Rx, should I post individual discussions for each operator, logical groups of operators, or would you prefer if I just asked the following more general question:

Is there anything at all from the Rxx project that you'd recommend I should create a fork in Rx and check in the code?  (I mean after modifying it to fix Rx's implementation patterns and styles, of course.)
